I think we are in risky territory regarding Sean's stated desires, but I'll take the risk and hope for forgiveness if it goes over the line. This looks like a scam, where someone's eBay persona has been "borrowed" by someone else. All the signs are there: The item is expensive but priced far below what it should be, uses pictures from a previous ad, hails from a location not previously claimed by the seller and outside the U.S., is willing to close bidding for anyone willing to send him seemingly any amount of money, and is selling nothing like any of the other items dealt by the seller (which all seem to me model race cars). The seller seems far too accommodating to be realistic.

I'd report it to eBay immediately if you are a bidder.
