I have to agree with the honorable Mr. Denney. I saw that listing a few days ago. If I remember correctly, the Nirschl tuba on ebay didn't sell (it's gone from the closed auction search now) but those pictures are identical and the description nearly so. I think I know who actually bought the horn that was on "that auction site" later (not on auction iirc) and I know he doesn't live in the UK. The starting price was also too low to be believed.
