More on the mpc visualizer usage:

Look at yourself in the mirror without anything in front of your face. Put your lips together semi-firmly without any kind of distortion of any kind. Blow some air through the lips several times without buzzing or tounging while maintaining a natural pose. Now do this buzzing(a single tone) with no tounge, maintain the same pose. Buzz again with tounge, no movement of embouchure.

Get the visualizer and repeat the above steps, remember just enough pressure to seal the emboucher.

Now pick up the mouthpiece and do the same. Plug mpc into horn and do the same on a tuning note, progress to a one octave scale, etc. Go through this process for a week or so and see if your leak clears up. You should see at least some progress by that time, if it's still somewhat there, keep doing the exercise at least once or twice a week. It worked for me.

Bottom line is, you want a simple, uncontrived, natural looking embouchure with very little pressure.

good luck
