I generally ignore horn specs, but .670" is VERY small. That matched up to a 17.5" bell would be an interesting instrument, sorta. Yamaha euphoniums are .591-.661" through their graduated bore. This tuba might be a bit stuffy. $3000 sounds like a lot for this type of instrument.
