I'll also cast a vote for the SM3. I use it with my Yamaha 642 and really like it. I find it a bit more challenging at the high end of the range (probably MY fault!!!), but really like the smooth sound and full lower register. I occasionally use the SM5 as well. It's a lot smaller and quite nice, but I don't like the low range quite as much.

I believe there is also an SM2 which they tout for tuba players playing euph, but I haven't tried it.

I got mine at mouthpiece express - they let you order up to 4 and return the 3 you don't like without any restocking charge, etc.
