Well, that's a piggy, and I take great offense at it being called a "beginner" horn. It is not a 3/4 horn, it's just the tall body makes the bell about 5 inches shorter than a "normal: tuba. It has the bore of a 5/4 horn, and the bell of a 4/4. The height of the horn does not make it a Beginner horn. I and many others have played them professionally for years. As for your price, good luck, but I can't remember the last time I saw a piggy go for more than $2000, and sometimes closer to $1500.

How old is it? Witrh cervany the older, the better. (usually)
