The music stand and chair are bolted down. Looking at the music and conductor is sometimes uncomfortable. Just remember to look at the conductor and not, uhh, elsewhere.
Since most of the music is not difficult, I concentrated on the style and length of the notes to avoid lack of concentration - which is important as you are ON STAGE for the entire show.
