I also find that eb rather flat on my 621S F, with a lot of work with a tuner over time, I've brought it up without a lot of slide pulling; it just didn't slot well for me to start with, unlike most of the notes on the horn, which are pretty well in tune. Other friends have played the horn and are spot on on that eb.
