Generally, you won't be able to get pedal C# unless you pull slides massively or use a false tone. Other than that, all the notes should be possible but you won't have as many alternate fingerings to choose from in the low range so intonation will probably be much more difficult. If you have the choice I would recommend getting a 5th valve. I find mine invaluable.
