The GG Contrabass bugles are actually fairly small when you look at branches, and they aren't as conical as tubas are. What you are talking about in your FF tuba would probably hold 2 - 3 times the volume of air that the bugle does, thus requiring an emmense amount of air. Construction of one may not be too difficult if you take a BBb and then add on the bigger branches from the Holton making an additional loop. As far as market, I suspect it would have no real purpose, and would pretty much be a novelty; but that said, there is always a market for novelty items.
