I have a compensating double Yamaha F/CC 5-valve rotary that works pretty well. It is dual bore and built on the 600 frame. I'll try to get some pictures of it up for your enjoyment. The traditional 4th valve is the change valve on it. Of course I really don't think of it as a double tuba when I play it, but it does play pretty well as a 3 + 5th valve CC with the 4th valve always depressed.
