Maybe I haven't looked close enough at the journal, but I don't recall seeing any membership demographics. Could you tell us how many total members there are in the ITEA? Also, what are the precentages of Academics, Non-academic professionals, and amateurs?
I think I could make some good suggestions for both the organization and the journal and I'd be willing to help implement some of them. Since, I'm an amateur, these might not be of interest if 95% of the membership is academic.
