In American history, Thomas Paine authored the Federalist Papers, which advocated the end of British rule on this side of the pond. Lexington was one of the catalyst events that began the Amereican Revolution. The Beatles were refered to as the British invasion of rock n roll. Now we hear of a pollution of the tuba ranks by the trebel clef regiments.

Now, my Euro-history question: what the heck is the German Purity Law of 1516 that all of the beers say they are brewed in strict accordance with?
