i am planning on doing a summer camp for middle school and high school students ...can you guys give me some ideas....
~tuba and euphs?...or just tubas?
~what kind of music to rehearse?...quartets and what not
~study books to rehearse out of as a group?
there would aslo be master class type session for breathing and what not....any ideas on what other stuff to teach them as a group would be great to know...i there is a long time before summer but i am trying to get my ducks in a row...if you know what i mean...:)
also i would be looking fo a pro to come and help out for a day or two down here in florida...
im thinking of making it a two week camp...middle school first week and high school second week...
by the way i am a 20 year college student and this is just an idea that i want to run with...i have the support of a few tachers who are willing to help me out with this stuff...but you guys always supply good ifo ...so fire away...thanx...:)...eric
