You should watch Gil Corella do it. The first I saw him do it, he was performing a Bach something or other, and the only reason I know he did it is because I saw his cheeks and chest move. Had my eyes been closed, I'd never never realized it.
But I also have small nasal passages, and can't bring much air through my nose, especially at this time of year.
