At that time I think that Ed Jones played in that group. Not sure, however, as personnel changed a bunch prior to that.
For a while (1988 - 1999) I am pretty sure that the section was Karl Hovey and Andy Carlson (now in the DC Navy Band).
Others that played for a short time included MIGHT have included Joe Boylen, Raul Rodriguez, Mike Fischer, Rich Murrow, and of course, Alex Cauthen. I remember all of these names associated with the DWS during that period. If Mark Wolfe ever played there, then it would have to have been before I got there or after I left. I never played with them, but always wished that I had been given the opportunity. They play very well.
Who are in the tuba and euph sections now?
