My only exposure to Vince is professional and not personal. I don't know anything
about him personally. What I can tell you is that I know for a fact that the Tuba
Exchange has lied in more than one transaction with consignment customers. In each
case that I know of, I have documented the fraud and tried to convince the seller who
was wronged to take legal action. In each case, the seller was unwilling to take action
due to either embarrassment or apathy.
Vince's personality not withstanding, I would recommend avoiding the Tuba Exchange.
