Not meaning to demean the opinion of the previous poster, but I (and Sean according to a post of a few months ago) highly recommend the book because it not only covers material in a logical and methodical fashion, but it explains the goal and reasoning behind each exercise. Great book though a little pricey, but hey what isn't in the tuba world?
