It's still in print.
I got a brand new copy for Christmas, but it looks like it was photcopied from an older edition. The book itself is obviously fresh and unused, but the music itself looks a tiny bit blurry, although still very legible.
Good stuff, but the explanation that Gregoriev wrote for the cello explains a lot of this music and the keys that a lot of it's in.
