I had a new leadpipe installed on a besson, and the rings and botton knob removed. If I had to venture a guess, it looks like the horn might have been placed 'front down' to remove the rings and received too much pressure. Valves work okay, just that the 4th is enough off that the cap cannot be removed (I'm sure I can remove the valve stem and get it out easily, but it wasn't that way before having the work done.
I have racked my brain and cannot figure where I might have caused this. I will be going in tomorrow to have the leadpipe finished and ask his opinion about the other. Look for an update.
