The DVD/book outline all the exercises taught and used by Sam and Pat, but unfortunately, the DVD doesn't provide a sample routine, ala exercise video, which might have been the most valuable part, if they had chosen to include it. Your best bet, after buying the breathing gym, is to somehow, somewhere attend a class or get a breathing lesson with one of the authors, or one of their students.
