1) why shouldn't the value of that horn go up when comparable horns are going for more money than a year or more ago?
2) additional tweaks/enhancements that may have been done since the first offer have value also,
3) the horn may have been undervalued a year ago
4) my thinking is that your opening phrase here "I don't...know" is entirely accurate, and I suggest you go find a 123.com or CK-type seller if you are even IN the market for a horn
