Screen printing is remarkably versatile, and with appropriate equipment you can print on all kinds of non-flat surfaces.

Or maybe you could use a huge ink-jet printer. Not to laugh. I know of an ink-jet printer that will handle something 15 feet wide. It actually sprays dye as opposed to charged ink particles and it's used to print patterns, photos, logos, etc on carpets as they go through the factory so your company can have their logo in the middle of the carpeted lobby.
