A bit of related organ trivia...

There's a wonderful 1889 organ at First Presbyterian Church, Port Townsend, WA, where you will find the names of the bellows boys carved on the back of the instrument. When the organ was restored, the following was discovered within the wind chest: "This organ was built by Whalley and Genung, two amateurs. Genung was a gentleman, but Whalley was a red headed stinker."
