For high school festivals we always used the Voxman Concert and Contest Book. I also recommend any of the Herbert L. Clarke solos they are fun and somewhat challenging but are commonly played in college as well as high school. Other wise look for trombone pieces since most of their music becomes borrowed euphonium literature.
