I was wondering if anyone out there has played a Hirsburner-488. It is the Eb front action compensating horn. I have played the Besson, and so far, its the horn I'm saving the $$ up for (I guess its that British sound?, but I did like that fat low end). Looking through the archives I noticed the HB-488 Eb, then checked in one their website to mke sure.
I am wondering, does it play comparably to the Besson, or is there a differet horn it might better be referanced too?
Also, any idea's as to the price range of this horn?
