I know this questions is about a piano, but I am hopeful some of my tuba colleagues can point me in the right direction.
I have just recieved a grand piano my wife inherited from her departed grandmother (grandma lived to be 92, we should all be so fortunate!)
I need help finding something about the thing. It was manufactered by the "Ferrand Piano Company of Holland Michigan", and has a serial number (28498).
Can anyone point me to a resource about this thing, I am curious when it was made etc. We know it to be at least 60 years old as grandma got it used in the 40's (so we are told).
