The False F on my Yamaha 822CC is kinda like that, though its not as big as your Cerveny. It hits quite flat, but is VERY flexible. Last time I tried, I think I got it up near Gb, and down around Eb, maybe D, and I suck at maniulating pitches. But its also been a while sence I tried to do anything with it, so I may be exagerating, you guys know how the memory plays tricks on you.
