If the production records of Holton are extant you should be able to figure out how many horns were made. Per Bob Rusk, the CC horn was called the Model 98 before it was renamed the 345, and the BBb was the 355 (he doesn't know the previous number of the BBb). Approximate production dates, 1951-1975. About 5 made at a time ever few years. 5 made in '72, and the last batch of 5 in '75. He estimates between 60-75 of the instruments were manufactured.
