i do have a big sound (huge sound) on the small horn i play on now....and i already know all about the "choose the right horn for you"...i am past that stage, i know what horns work for me and what doesnt...but i havent used these horns in any setting...i like BOTH horns, they both play GREAT for me and i get a great sound on both horns...all i need to know is if the 3/4 can hold its own without breaking up in an orchestra setting or will it break up if pushed to hard...if it is likely to break up then i will not buy it and i will go with the 4/4
