I use a pt-48 with my piggy, and I love it, but it is a very big mouthpiece. It's very wide. Maybe you caould try the Schilke Helleberg II. I don't know about how deep it is, but I know it always felt a little more narrow than the PT-48's, and it seems to be a popular choice.
