Hardly, but the story is that when I researched before buying a euph I was anti compensating. So the Courtois was an option discussed.

But the price difference made it irrelevant.

I ended up with a Yamaha YEP 641, to which I have added a main tuning slide trigger. That solves the CC an BB intonation problems, so i am happy with, what i have got.

If I had got the money I would buy the Courtois BBb 4 valve compensating tuba.

But they are around 2 years in back order, and they are hard to get a try out on before ordering. Still the reputation is very good. Craftmanship should be at the very highest level.
