Consider having a repair guy order you a Yamaha 3/4 size student model tuba mouthpiece receiver. Those Yama-3/4 m'pipes are fairly small, so that Yama-receiver should fit on your (assuming its) small Eb m'pipe pretty well. Once done, you can use and/or try out all REGULAR shank mouthpieces with no hassle, and at much reduced costs.

Since Yamaha 3/4 student tuba m'pipes are thin and tear up easily - requiring replacement, I wouldn't be surprized if a repair guy had a USED Yama receiver in his box-O-stuff.
