Yes, but D.E.G. isn't importing it into the U.S., so it might as well not exist (if indeed it in production at all anyway).
I bet that if it WERE in production, D.E.G. would be importing it. Sometimes, photos on websites are just pretty pics of prototypes. Perhaps this is the case.
I'll continue to bug D.E.G. I just did that today, and I've already sent a copy of the same pic that you found to Dan Getzen.
Frankly, the 951 picture on the Brazilian website looks like the same friggin' horn with a different valveset (much like Conn used to do with their "jumbo" tubas a long time ago).
