The TUBA Press has some good stuff. The Faure Pavane and the Frescobaldi Toccata are two tunes I've played and I know are arranged well. (The Toccata is high, though.) You might also want to see what Wes Jacobs has at Encore, 'cause I know he could get stuff to you fast.
