Jay,
TUBA press is the best way to get stuff. just about everything they have is prett good, and looks great. I have done the Baccanale/Saint Saens and M. of Figaro. I know these work well. Also the B and B Fav./Diamong works well. anything by Skip Gray is imediately doable. skipgray(AT)pop.uky.edu Skip is the tuba ensemble master, especially for college bands. He has been doing it for years. I will now list a few other pieces, but I am not sure where to get them.
Air for Tuba Ensemble...Thomas Rodgers
Eine Kline Nachtmusik...Mozart
Semper Fidelis...Sousa/Sabourin
El Capitan...duh/R. W. Morris
Hands Across the Sea...Arr. Werden
Consortium...J. Cheetham
fugue in g minor..Bach/gray

I can't think of much more now. Good luck.
