By multiphonics, are you talking about singing and playing at the same time? If you are, the most common problem I've seen people have is that they sing flat. Most singers learn that they tend to sing under pitch at first and learn to think just a little sharp with experience. When playing, that problem is often aggrevated. Try singing your parts through the horn without playing, and make yourself sing a little above pitch. When you try playing and singing together, try keeping your vocal pitch deliberately a little sharp, and see if it it gets you closer to being actually in tune.
