Call Lee Stofer. He's right in your backyard and he does excellent work. Lee recently worked on my quintet horn and part of that process was the rebuilding of the linkage for the 5th valve, converting it from left hand to right hand activation. The final product was an engineering marvel. He can certainly add valve slide kickers. The only problem with Lee is that he's very good, hence he's very busy. Make sure you catch him at a time that he's not swamped with other work.
