The 2000 is handmade and silver plated in and out.
It does not play anything like a 2155. Has a few minor differences.
This tuba is worth the difference in price and is a great tuba. There are differences between each one but if you want a great tuba it is worth finding one and never having to buy another.
Lighter, more agile and just as big sounding as the 3050 without the weight. I think the intonation is better as well. It was for me.
I would get the 2000.
