If it is a paid position, and you have made any sort of agreement with them, then you should honor that agreement. If it is an amateur position, and you have made any sort of agreement with them, then you should honor that agreement. If you have made no agreement, then you should leave the group if you don't enjoy it, and answer them directly and honestly about how you feel, if asked.
