Hmm. Its not really my wrist that hurts. It's the middle of my hand. More like a strain from pulling something to hard for to long (i e depressing vavles).
I do work out a bunch, and I found that reall helped my wrists. (they used to feel like the wrists of an 80 year old woman).
Hmm. I have seen a device that rock climbers use to strengthen their grip, It might help, but im not sure, it just might make it worse.
Anti-inflamitories sort of help, but the pain just comes back.
I need a more permanent solution.
Oh, and i also type like a madman (100 words per min) That might also be messing my hand up.
