Well... after much deliberation I finally sprung the almost ninety bucks for a M-W harness. The hooks (top and bottom) were both too large to go into the loops on my mirafone 183-4. The interferrence wasn't much... maybe only .020-.030" and I easily made the fix. Rather that to possibly compromise the integrity of the hooks, I choose to enlarge the loops on the horn by spreading the loops a little. It was not a real big deal but I though I would post this as a caution to those of you who might not be willing (or capable) to use a prybar on your expensive horn.
