I'm a big fan of this mouthpiece for use in a big orchestra on loud rep. I believe this is the mouthpiece that Pokorny uses and sounds so great on in the CSO (please correct me if that's wrong). The massive cup diameter made it quite unwieldy for me for soft or quick passages at first, but sounded great once I put in plenty of time on it. I recently used it with the Oregon Symphony playing the 1812 Overture at an outdoor concert with 4 Howitzers, and it really helped with the volume.
