I played a Conn 2J for a couple days while my 2155 was out of commission, and it's not very good for large ensembles, but it seemed like it would work well in a smaller setting like a quintet. Also, although small, the MW 182's put out a great sound. That's going to be my next investment because it's a small horn, but it has a nice full sound that doesn't sound like a big euphonium or a CC.
