Would/does bronze have a similar effect as steel. I know the brass and bronze alloys are similar except for the substitution of tin for zinc, but the bronze is noticably heavier with a different specific density (I believe). Has this been tried? Does bronze come in a big enough stock? I'm just wondering because it seems like this material maybe cosmetically better, especially because it could be silver plated or laquered to match the surface of the horn better. I'm just curious. By the way I'm going to try to reming myself to get in touch with Matt Walters to find out how much an extra set of MW caps are to do this experiment with!
