A good follow up to the Bell Fundamental Studies is the Arban studies edited by Bill Bell. The scale warm up is good too (for advanced players). A good basic etude book is the 60 selected studies (?) that are in two books of mostly Concone and Marchesi etudes (very easy). Then one can move onto stuff like the Bordogni etudes, Blasevich, and Kopprasch. Even though no one has really addressed it yet, make sure you pick up a book that references the fourth valve in the fingering chart. I'm pretty sure the Bell stuff does and the Rubank stuff does not, if that helps your search any.

Good Luck,

Matt G
