How do you motivate yourself to practice

I recently graduated college where I majored in Music ed and I played tuba. Now I find that my practicing is becoming more and more sparse. I have the time to do it, but I guess I'm just lazy. I need to get off my butt and get on the horn, but I don't have the will power. How do you pro's motivate yourselves to practice? Any tricks?
