You could afford the music camp, the round-trip transportation, and the incidentals.
Further, you could afford the two months of attending a camp rather than working a couple of summer jobs (10 - 15 hrs. day / six days a week...otherwise known as "bustin' it").
You can do as some others do and poll a bunch of strangers here on this bbs about what tuba you should buy...or you can trust the anonymous famous professional tuba player's advice...or you can wait to buy another tuba until your own opinions are strongly enough formed to be able to determine all this for yourself...
...and you can afford to buy a tuba when the time is right.
