Yes. This exercise comes directly from my chiropractor.
It is called the Cat Stretch. Get down on all fours (no this isn't kinky!). Stretching your arms as you proceed, lower your body to the ground letting your butt rest on your heels. This stretches the entire spine out. Much back pain is caused by compression of the vertebrae. This in turn c4ramps the nerves. Doing this exercise daily has helped me immensely.
