When I worked at a music store, the only thing we could repair easily were handles, latches, locks, etc. As for the inside, if it is shot you probably could reupholster it. BUT...If it were me, I would get a gig bag for it. If you would rather a hard case, SKB makes some nice cases that fit straight tenor trombones. Try checking out www.hickeys.com They have most anything like that in stock. (They did when I worked there.)
